Our foster program places animals in private homes where they are provided with loving care, good nutrition and safety. LAWS provides the food, medical care and supplies. You provide the love. Animals which require fostering are usually ill, injured, recuperating or just too young for adoption. The amount of foster care that an animal needs varies widely, from bottle feeding kittens or puppies that need care every few hours to caring for injured and recuperating adult animals that are fine alone while you are at work. The reward of fostering is knowing that the care you provided has helped an animal find a permanent home.
