"Our bale handling equipment has been on the market, in England, for several years and is steadily increasing it's market share in North America. It allows one person to load and unload small square bales fast. Netherexe Mechanized Bale Handling Systems can also equip the large sqaure bales with the same efficiency.

The complete Bale Handling System consists of a Bale Accumulator, a Bale Grabber, a Bale Transporter, and a Bale Squeezer.

The Bale Accumulator tows behind the baler and automatically assembles a square pack of bales. It has steel box sections throughout the main frame giving high strength/low weight ratio. The two rear wheels are adjustable for height making it suitable for both hay and straw baling.

The Accumulator will fit most makes of balers

A loader-mounted Bale Grabber is then used to put the bales straight on to wagons or pile the bales in stacks of up to 72 bales that are ready for the transporter. The grab is hydraulically controlled and has sixteen claws fixed in a rugged frame which has a side bar to align bales.

The Bale Transporter carries uo to 72 small square bales or 8 Hesston or 10 New Holland D 1000 medium bales. It is an ideal way to pick up and unload square bales of all sizes and move them to your barn or storage areas. It can also retrieve bales for fast delivery and has its own braking system for road usage. It has a wide wheel base enabling it to be operated by tractors with smaller horsepower. The Transporter has a steel box section throughout for high strength/low weight ratio.

The Squeezer is attached to the three point hitch and picks up 40 small square bales and is a very efficient way to transport bales from the field to the barn. The hydraulic lock maintains a constant squeeze pressure for complete safety while transporting.
